Public relations is the organisation’s area responsible for managing the flow of information between an organisation and its publics, both inter-
nally and externally.

Common activities include speaking at conferences, working with the press, and promoting the organisation's news in the media and with several stakeholders. Minibus Media provides public relations services as well as training of individuals to do so.
