Angola rumo às eleições legislativas

In 2008, Minibus Media worked with the Angolan NGO Omunga to train its “journalist brigade” in editing and script-writing. This training was the second endeavor implemented with the brigade in the country. As a result of the training, the participatory-video “Angola on its way to the legislative elections” was produced. This 20-minute video has been made available in six languages (Portuguese, Cokwe, Umbundo, Kimbundo, Kikongo & Kwanyama). One thousand DVDs have been distributed for free in the country to organisations engaged in civic education. The video has also been used by the Electoral Commission in its voter education activities. An educative booklet has also been produced to assist the facilitators in conducting the voting education activities. All the material produced is available for free upload in the blog created for this project.
